We spent 16 months iterating on the Gemini Chino. The more we learned through tests and user feedback, the more we updated and fine-tuned, until the design finally evolved into what we believe is the most optimal twill chino ever.

As a result of this rigorous design process, every detail in the chinos is 100% intentional. From the closure to the fabric content, they all reflect what we found to be best for the wearing experience. And we’re thrilled to share the final product – which, like all of our designs, is still subject to ongoing analysis.

The fabric blend we landed on – a heavily washed mix of 59% cotton, 38% PCM polyester, and 3% Lycra – preserves that soft matte handfeel that traditional twill chinos are known for, while still providing omnidirectional maneuverability and temperature regulation.

We've switched from mesh to knit pocket linings, so you can't see the outline of the pocket through your pant leg. Adding to the sleeker appearance are bar tacks hidden at the interior of the corner pockets, to avoid a utilitarian look while reinforcing the seam where the pocket sees the most strain.
